# MetaSurvey

> MetaSurvey is a builder for card-style surveys, forms, and quizzes. Questions are answered one card at a time by swiping or tapping instead of scrolling a long form. A survey can be embedded on a site, shown as a popup, or shared as a plain link. Answers land in a dashboard and export to email, CSV, Google Sheets, or a webhook.
