What counts as a response?
A response is one completed survey submission, not an individual answer. A survey with ten questions still counts as one response.
How many responses do I get on Free?
Free includes 25 responses total, not per month. There is no time limit, so you can take as long as you need to collect them.
What happens if I exceed the limit?
Responses above the limit are still collected but hidden from your analytics. Upgrade your plan to unlock them.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Click your avatar, open Manage plans, then click Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of payment, if you have collected 25 or fewer responses.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Yearly billing costs two months less than paying monthly.
