Folders (Workspaces)
You can create folders to organize your surveys or use them as workspaces to collaborate with your team or clients.
How to Create a Folder
Click on the “New Folder” icon on the Dashboard:
That’s it! 🙌 Now you can create surveys within this folder or move existing ones.
Important Notes:
To rename a folder: Click on it and enter the desired name.
Subfolders: Only high-level folders are supported; you can’t create subfolders.
How to Move Surveys In a Folder
Option 1: Drag and Drop
1. Drag the survey and drop it into the desired folder.
Option 2: Using the Menu
Click on the ⋯ menu icon next to the survey.
Hover over the “Move to” menu.
Select the desired folder.
How to Remove a Survey from a Folder
Click on the ⋯ menu icon next to the survey.
Hover over the “Move to” menu.
Select “No Folder”.
