Collect Email, Name, and Phone
You can easily collect contact information like email, phone, name, age, using an input field with built-in validators.
Step-by-step guide:
Navigate to your survey.
Open the "Questions" section:
The default "Questions" section should already be open; if not, click on the "Questions" section to proceed.
Create a new question.
Select an "Open answer" question.
Select the desired input "Type" (all input types come with built-in validators 🙌):
